Robert Dellner

Robert studied Economics and Business in Stockholm and London, Finance and Investments at LBS followed by Psychology in London and did his PHD on Integral Development with Trans4M, Geneva and The Da Vinci Institute. He is the Author of the book “Integral Impact Investments (I³), Building and navigating a full spectrum systems approach to investing”. And has co-authored other book on finance & economics. ( He has been MD of Structured Products, UBS, Head of Market Sales and Credit Officer, Europe at Citigroup and Head of High Yield Sales & Research, Europe at BNPParibas. He then joined ENB as a senior consultant working with firms such as Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank, RBS Bank of China etc. in helping them to develop their talent pool and products, organisational structures and strategies Subsequently he was made Global Head of the Client Solutions Group
at Fortis Bank (now BNPParibasFortis) and member of the EXCO, co-managing a €1.3 trillion corporate credit portfolio and where he also worked extensively on Organisational culture and client development. He then worked as a psychotherapist within the NHS specialising in relationships and addictions. Following this he became the Chief Credit Officer for the FinTech firm Assetz Capital and Head of Impact and Strategy at Lintel Capital. He is now the Managing Partner of I³ Partners Ltd, a firm specialising in developing Integral Impact frameworks and systems for investment firms and family offices and he also teaches Impact at several Universities in the UK and US.
Among others, he is a member of the International Bankers Association, the Society for Organisational Learning (SoL), CICM, RSA, TTF, the BACP and the UKCP. Privately, he is a master practitioner in Martial arts (5 th Dan Karate/ 2 nd Dan Judo), an avid reader, tennis player, gardener and beekeeper among his many interests and father of 3 adult children.
