OBJECTIVES : KO-IDEA IN ZIMBABWE : KOMMUNITY BASED, INTEGRAL, DEVELOPMENTAL ECONOMICS IN AFRICA TRUST
3.1) To promote integral community development, naturally and culturally, technologically and economically, we work with marginalised communities, rural or urban by providing practical tools and theoretical frameworks that help them build on their gifts to meet their economic societal needs through self-development, drawing on appropriate technology and capital.
3.2) To promote Personal and Organizational Transformation through the various interventions we offer, co-creatively with individual, enterprise and community in context, including but not limited to programs and training.
3.3) To conduct Relevant Action Research with the communities we work with promoting indigenous knowledge systems as well bringing in relevant exogenous knowledge systems, in combination, to support new grounded knowledge creation and knowledge creation in general
3.4) To further Enterprise and Societal Development, we align with learning communities, individuals engaging in transformation journeys, research academies, and socio-economic enterprises, at all levels in the society, including corporates, universities, government, and non-governmental bodies for sustainable and holistic development, in the African South, in economic association with the East, North and West.
The beneficiaries of the Trust shall be the learning communities, rural in association with urban, academics and students, researchers and field professionals; and socio economic laboratories, the Founders and the Trustees based in Zimbabwe and the UK.
